Service Delivery Policy
How and when services are delivered, since our products are non-physical.
1. Nature of Services
DreamPort Travels delivers services, not physical goods. There are no parcels to be shipped.
2. Service Initiation
Service work begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment and document submission. Our representative will contact you to collect required documents.
3. Document Collection & Return
Original documents (e.g. passports) may be couriered to our Depalpur office or dropped off in person. After processing, we return them by registered courier at no additional cost within Pakistan.
4. Visa Delivery
E-visas are delivered to your registered email. Sticker visas (where applicable) are returned with your passport via courier.
5. Umrah Documents
Umrah confirmation, flight tickets, hotel vouchers and itinerary are delivered to your email at least 7 days before departure.
6. Estimated Processing Times
Each service page lists the expected processing time. Actual times depend on the consulate/embassy and are beyond our control.
